Our story
We have observed and learned about the rise and demise of countless companies including ones we have been personally involved with. A key pattern that seems to be surfacing over and over again is the confusion of effectiveness (what and why to do it) and efficiency (how to do it). Many teams are great at identifying what to do but don’t have the resources to execute well, others execute fantastically but are heading down an ill-defined lane.
Frequently, multiple insiders recognize these issues but hesitate to raise alarms or struggle to convince stakeholders to take action. Often, discussions about necessary changes occur, and while everyone agrees, little action follows. In some cases, a false sense of security prevails, with groupthink masking underlying problems. Other situations may appear unresolvable, often stemming from a lack of awareness about the underlying root causes of the issues.
Recognizing that employees often need years to build the reputation and insight necessary to identify, challenge, and address key issues, we chose to represent the future selves of these insightful individuals and help companies fast-track their problem-solving efforts. And this is how we started Resolvant Consulting Inc. - dedicated to harnessing that expertise and accelerating progress for our clients.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility
The world is shaped, formed, and partially defined by the companies that operate in it. We believe it is our responsibility to help as many organizations as possible maximize their potential.
